CANCELLATION POLICY
•I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. •Failure to cancel an appointment, results in a required payment of 50% of the scheduled service. Same day no shows & Missed Appointments are required to pay 100% of the scheduled service. •I Allow 72 Hours After The Scheduled Appointment, For Styling & Color Corrections. (Does Not Apply When Desiring a New Style Or Color) •Please Note That If You Are 15 Minutes Late For Your Appointment, I May Have To Reschedule Your Service If It Cannot Be Completed In The Remaining Time Frame. All Attempts To Reschedule Will Be Made. If No Communication Is Made After 15 Minutes Or More Of Your Scheduled Appointment, It Is Considered A “No Show” And Will Be Treated As A Missed Appointment.
